Dr. Terrence Parris B.A., D.Th., MSW is the founder and owner of El-Shaddai Counseling, Consulting and Training Center.  Dr. Parris has acquired more than 20 years of social work experience in supervision and training.  He has conducted workshops and seminars throughout the United States, West Indies, West Africa, and South America.  Dr. Parris is an ordained minister, social work consultant, trainer, and mentor.  He is a graduate of the American International University, the International Theological Seminary of California, New York Theological Seminary, New York University School of Social Work and the College of New Rochelle.  Dr. Parris’ ministerial experience is more than 30 years in which he has served as a pastor, teacher, and prophet.  Dr. Parris is a full-time faculty member of Touro College and program director of Courage to Change, Inc.
