Dr. Mckenzie has a doctorate in psychology and a master’s degree in criminal justice.  She also has a master’s degree in Counseling.  She has published articles in many professional journals and has oraganized and has presented seminars on domestic violence.   She has previously taught at York College, at the Interborough Institute, and Virginia Western Community College. She has been a psychotherapist and psychometrist for many different agencies.  She has been a program director for New Horizons.
