Dr. Robin Brooks Ishler holds a B.A. degree, Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley; a M.S. degree in International Relations, London School of Economics and Political Science, and a PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Ishler's interdisciplinary research draws on American politics, international relations, comparative politics, and history with the aim of developing a new explanation for how states interact in the international arena. He has presented his research at the American Political Science Association Conference in Los Angeles in 2023 and the Midwest Political Science Association Conference in Chicago in 2022 and 2023.
