Sabra Brock, Ph.D., is an international business educator and executive. A female pioneer in creative global marketing strategies improving competitive services in the financial industry, Dr. Brock became a Citicorp Vice President in the US and Hong Kong, designing international solutions to complex customer problems. She was recruited to train Citicorp’s international employees in her unique methodology on how to advertise and sell successfully.

Sabra Brock escalated her career by earning a PhD from New York University in Business Education in 2007, studying gender differences in transformational learning. The PhD catapulted her into a robust international teaching, research and administrative career at Touro University. She has served as Dean of Touro’s Business School in Berlin, Interim Dean of its Graduate Business School in Manhattan and currently Chair of Touro’s NYSCAS Business and Accounting Department. Dr. Brock has received multiple academic awards and leads in the field of international transformational education, having worked full-time in corporations spanning five continents. She is cofounder of a web platform, Idea Spies, designed to stimulate enthusiasm for positive ideas in imagining the future.

Dr. Brock is currently Chair of the NYSCAS Business and Accounting Department and teaches marketing, strategic planning and organizational culture.
