Science Core
Education majors must take two Science courses with lab (8 credits)—for example:

Language Core
Education majors must take six (6) credits in a language other than English. Both courses must be in the same language. Students who have passed a three-year New York State Regents examination in a foreign language are exempted from the six-credit Education core language requirement, but must take six (6) additional elective credits to reach the 130 credits total.
