Payam Bina has dedicated more than two decades of his career to Touro University, where he serves as the Deputy Chair of the undergraduate Computer Science Department and Chair of the Instructional Technology program in the Graduate School of Technology. He is a well-respected member of the faculty, providing valuable leadership and guidance to his colleagues and students alike. As the point of contact for the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAE-C), he plays a crucial role in promoting excellence in cybersecurity education. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he is also an accomplished educator, teaching courses in both the undergraduate and graduate programs.
