Lorinda returned to school as an adult-learner and was a student at Touro, where she earned her associate's degree, bachelor’s degree and MBA. She has also completed most of the coursework for an MS in IO Psychology at the Graduate School of Psychology (now School of Health Sciences). She has faced numerous demands, struggles, and challenges and can empathize with her students' difficulties. Lorinda works hard to maximize her potential so that she can contribute to making a better society, and helps others maximize theirs. She is a firm believer in second chances.
As CEO of Promise Productions prior to her work at Touro, Lorinda hosted a couple of TV shows, was a radio show administrator, hosted live shows, performed spoken word, and managed performing artists.
Lorinda enjoys bowling and writing poetry as well as cooking and singing. She is a motivational speaker and an ordained Elder of her church.
