Michelle Coppin is a dedicated higher education professional with a strong commitment to student success and academic excellence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services Administration from Touro College, where her journey in academia began as a work-study student. In 1996, she transitioned into full-time employment in the Office of the Registrar, laying the foundation for a career marked by growth and service.
In 2001, Michelle was promoted to the role of Academic Advisor, where she found her passion in guiding students through their academic journeys. Her ability to connect with students, faculty, and staff has been a hallmark of her career, and she takes great pride in helping students transform their educational goals into meaningful careers.
Michelle furthered her expertise by earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in January 2017. Her leadership and dedication were recognized once again in August 2023, when she was promoted to Director of the Academic Advising Department.
Throughout her career, Michelle has remained deeply committed to fostering a supportive and engaging academic environment. She values the relationships she builds and the opportunities to make a lasting impact on the lives of students.
