Cynthia Swangin joined Touro as an adjunct professor in fall 2004. She holds a Master of Social Work degree in Social Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her professional experience includes psychiatric social work, mental health counseling, workforce development, career counseling, case-management, and teaching.
