Marina Meshman graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University with an M.S. in Education (English/ESL) Arts. She used to work as an English teacher at JASA, FREE Institute,NYANA and the Shorefront Y. She has been teaching for Touro University since 1993. In 1996, she became a full-time professor. While she has taught various courses at different campuses, no site is as dear to her as Starrett City. Over the years, she has put much energy and effort into helping Starrett site grow and develop, including publishing many articles about Touro College in the local newspaper, Spring Creek Sun. She is committed to teaching and proud to be a part of faculty. She enjoys working with multi- cultural students and does her best to enhance students’ writing skills. She stays on top of the recent developments in computerized and in- person instruction, focusing on students’ individualized needs.

Her son Felix Meshman and daughter-in- law Schandel Meshman graduated from Touro College with Masters degree in Special Education.
