Professor Ghattas earned his bachelor’s degree in medicine in 1989 and earned his master’s degree in medicine in 1995.
Professor Ghattas is certified in MRI by the American Registry of MRI Technologists. He is involved in teaching in the areas of MRI physics and related sciences, patient care, cross-sectional anatomy, interventional radiology (IR), registered cardiac electrophysiology specialist (RCES), and cardiovascular intervention technology (CVIT).
