Professor Coultas teaches language and literature at Touro. She has written several poetry books, including The Marvelous Bones of Time, A Handmade Museum, The Tatters, and The Writing of an Hour, and has had poems published in various journals. She was a winner of the Poetry Society of America’s Norma Farber First Book Award, a fellow for the New York Foundation of the Arts, and has worked at the Poetry Project.
