Register for classes, request transcripts, change your address. If it’s an official record, the Registrar handles it.

The registrar’s office manages personal information, immunization records, document requests, course registration for all students and the integrity of academic policies.  

We can help you with add/drop forms and withdrawal of courses, change of name and address, degree audit, diplomas, enrollment verification, grading, graduation application processing, graduation verification, course registration, transcripts and transfer credit.

Transcript Requests

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts should be printed directly from the portal under 'My Records' > 'Unofficial Academic Transcript.'

Official Transcripts

All official transcript requests should be placed online via the Parchment.

Electronic transcript orders will be processed and delivered to the recipient once order information is confirmed; in most cases this is automatic. If additional information is needed, the transcript unit will reach out to you. This may delay processing times. 

Paper transcript orders are processed and shipped in 5-7 business days.

Fees for ordering Official Transcripts are listed below:

Transcript Fees

  • Electronic transcript $5 per copy (plus tax)
  • Official paper transcript $10 per copy (plus tax)

Shipping Fees

  • USPS First Class free of charge, no tracking provided
  • Fed-Ex domestic overnight shipping $15 (plus tax), tracking provided
  • Fed-Ex international shipping $25 (plus tax), tracking provided

Please note that all transcript orders are subject to bursar’s clearance and any holds will affect the processing time. You will be notified if this applies to them.
