That's why we've created the Freshman Success and Retention Office, to provide additional support and assistance for freshman students. We're here to assist first year freshmen students to acclimate to college life. We'll maintain contact with you through phone calls and face-to-face meetings, and assist you in navigating college offices and services. We will help to identify problems you may encounter and assist you in contacting appropriate offices to resolve the issues.
