Mr. Safyan serves as an advisor at the Spring Creek (Starrett City) location. He holds a Master's Degree in Education from the Pedagogic Institute, Odessa, Ukraine, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute, Odessa, Ukraine. Before joining Touro, Mr. Safyan counseled foreign students entering U.S. colleges on academic and career-related topics. Additionally, he developed and implemented new educational curriculum for the Department of Education in Odessa.
