Doreen Marvin earned her first B.A. from Rutgers University in history in 1969; a B.A. in English from ESC in 1987; and an M.A. in Education - with a concentration in ESL from Adelphi University in 1992. Teaching steadily since 1981, Marvin has taught English in various high school yeshivas and retired as an ESL coordinator for the NYCDOE. Currently, Marvin works for Touro College at several sites and for both the undergraduate and graduate programs at Mercy College.
