Certificate

In addition to the regular AAS in radiographic technology, those who wish to enroll in the general certificate Imaging Sciences program must also meet certain technical standards and:

  1. Be at least eighteen (18) years old by December 31st of admission year.
  2. Take the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS V), formerly knows as the Health Occupations Aptitude Examination (HObET). TEAS is a timed test administered at the School at the close of the admissions process (after March 31st). An application fee is required.
  3. Have an associate degree in any subject area. An associate degree is required for graduation and licensure. If you don't have an associate's, you can apply for our . 

Tuition

The certificate program is two years (six semesters) long. The 2018-2019 tuition is $7500 for the year (three semesters). 2019-2020 tuition will follow the regular NYSCAS full-time tuition pricing ($7,575 per semester for the current 2018-2019 year).

Location

Classes are specialized radiologic technology courses and given at Harlem Hospital.
